Terms of Service

Maseera is a software service that helps professionals worldwide build career assets (CV, photo, banner, LinkedIn profile, content plan, language practice). It is a tool — not a recruiter, employer, or career counsellor. We do not guarantee any specific job outcome.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

Identity lock: once a paid feature is first used on your account, your full name is snapshotted. Subsequent paid generations only work for that identity. This prevents account-sharing for arbitrary third parties — if you change jobs or your legal name, contact contact@maseera.ai.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits is a breach of these terms.

Generated CVs, banners, photos, and posts are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them before sharing — verify dates, names, claims, and metrics.

Photos generated from your reference photo are AI renderings, not photographs. Disclose this if a recruiter or HR system explicitly asks.

You own the outputs you generate from your own profile data. Maseera retains no rights to your generated content.

Don't use Maseera to impersonate someone else.

Don't upload someone else's photo, LinkedIn PDF, or CV without their consent.

Don't use Maseera to generate misleading credentials, fake degrees, fake employment, or content that violates the platform you post it to.

Don't try to extract our prompts, scrape our API, or bypass rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this — usually after one warning, immediately for severe abuse.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance according to the price shown at checkout.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: see our Refund Policy. In short, refund requests are reviewed within 14 days. Heavy use of AI generation credits may result in a partial refund or service credit instead of a full refund.

Maseera is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of Maseera is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and never includes indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; material changes are flagged in-app 14 days before they take effect. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time — when you stop using Maseera, these terms stop applying (except clauses on payment, IP, and liability which survive).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are resolved in Cairo courts — unless local consumer-protection laws give you stronger rights, in which case those apply.
